Lauren Ghanavatian
A fourth generation native of Louisville, Lauren Ghanavatian attended Assumption High School and the University of Louisville. Growing up in Louisville gave her a sense of the unique and diverse communities this city has to offer. Living in Prospect, St. Matthews, the Highlands, Historic Germantown and J-town over the years, she recognizes how each community is great in its own way.
Lauren initially discovered a love of real estate through her own experiences purchasing and designing her second home in the City of Hurstbourne. She and her husband directed the gut renovation of a traditional style colonial into an open concept floor plan focused on modern minimalism. Needless to say, she can visualize a property’s potential and is fascinated by the endless possibilities that the real estate industry holds. She loves helping home buyers envision the best use of a space, whether they are purchasing their first home or their 10th. She also enjoys helping home sellers maximize their investment through intentional staging and home preparation.
Driven by a strong tenacious work ethic, Lauren is dedicated to exceeding expectations and
building relationships. She prides herself on being empathetic and ethical. With a background as an Operations Manager of a fast-paced, nationally renowned Salon/Spa where she grew relationships and expertise, Lauren truly learned the art of embracing challenge, saying herself: “It’s an opportunity to separate people from stress, to make my client happy – no matter what it takes.” She believes that her passion for customer service, never-quit attitude, and keen understanding of the market enables her to provide an innovative and personalized real estate experience for each client.
Lauren lives with her husband, Soheil, and fur-babies, Vito and Miss Kitty. A true foodie, she
can either be found enjoying dinner and cocktails at any of the area’s local restaurants or in her kitchen, skillfully preparing foods from around the world. While at home she relaxes by doing yoga and watching home tours and travelogues on YouTube. She loves to travel and learn about other cultures.
